Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope and Provider These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at https://küchexyz.de (hereinafter “Webshop”), a brand operated by:

2. Conclusion of Contract

  • The presentation of products in the Webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
  • By completing the order process and clicking the “Buy Now” / “Order with obligation to pay” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
  • We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by e-mail (order confirmation). The purchase contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order (order confirmation) or by shipping the goods.

3. Business Model – Import on Demand from China

  • We operate as an import-on-demand / dropshipping service.
  • We do not hold the products in stock in Germany, the UK or the EU.
  • As soon as your order is confirmed and payment is received, we place the order with our reliable suppliers (primarily in China) and arrange direct or indirect shipment to you.
  • For this reason, delivery times are longer than for goods stocked in Europe (usually 10–45 days, depending on the product and shipping method – exact estimated delivery time is displayed before you complete the order).

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

  • All prices are final prices and include German statutory VAT (currently 19%) where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately in the shopping cart and during checkout.
  • We ship worldwide (“we ship around the globe”). Additional customs duties, import taxes or local fees in the destination country are to be borne by the customer and are not included in our prices.

5. Payment

  • Payment can be made by the methods offered in the Webshop (e.g. PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • The full purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are stated on the respective product page and in the shopping cart.
  • We ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
  • Risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the transport company.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14-day cancellation right for consumers in the EU/EEA) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Detailed information and the model withdrawal form can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • Statutory warranty rights apply.
  • Slight deviations in colour, dimensions or design compared to the product images are possible and do not constitute a defect (especially for goods manufactured on demand).
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure or suppliers.

9. Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Data Protection Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Final Provisions

  • The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain applicable.
  • If you are a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is London, United Kingdom.
  • Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
