Return and Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (for customers in the EU/EEA) As a consumer with habitual residence in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Returns and Refunds for Customers Outside the EU/EEA and for All Other Cases Outside the statutory right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers), we do not offer free returns. However:

  • Defective, damaged or incorrect items: Full refund or free replacement (including return shipping costs paid by us).
  • Change of mind (non-EU customers): Return possible within 30 days of receipt at your own cost. Refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping costs) after we receive and inspect the goods.

4. Important Notes for All Returns

  • Because we import each item individually from China after your order, returns are more complex and costly than with EU-stocked goods.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
  • Return shipping address will be provided by us after you contact info@unionsl.com.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once opened
