We help customers worldwide buy kitchenware, household goods, appliances, furniture, and consumer products directly imported from manufacturers (mainly in China) at competitive prices.
2. Do you have the products in stock in Germany or Europe? No. We do not keep stock in Germany, the UK, or the EU. All products are ordered directly from our verified suppliers (primarily in China) only after your order and payment are confirmed. This keeps our prices low and allows us to offer a huge product range.
3. How long does delivery take? Delivery time is usually 10–45 days worldwide (depending on the product and shipping method).

4. Where do you ship? We ship worldwide to almost every country (“we ship around the globe”).
5. Who pays customs duties and import taxes? The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import VAT, and any local taxes in the destination country. These are not included in our prices and may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
